Manuel Candela Delgado is an international expert in Human Resource and Change Management Strategic Consultancy. He has provided consulting services to companies such as Grupo CruzCampo, BANCOMER, BBVA, REPSOL-YPF, IBM, Gas Natural, BCSH, HEWLETT-PACKARD, Ford España, FASA Renault, Jaguar Cars, Nutrexpa and other worldwide recognized companies.
In the past few years, he has combined this activity with managing an international consulting firm as General Manager. Additionally, he has extensive academic experience as a professor at institutions such as Center for Professional Development, Andersen Consulting (Chicago), Ecole des Affaires de Paris, Association for Management Development, University of Deusto, Complutense University of Madrid, Spanish Air Force School, Savings Bank School, Management Courses, and Euroforum Escorial. He is at present the CEO of the consulting firm XR ASSOCIATES.
