Throughout his professional career, he has worked in several well-known companies in Peru, including as Advertising Director of Grey Advertising and Procter & Gamble in Peru, Brand Manager of Compañía Arequipa de Importaciones S.A. (Carsa) in Peru, and Product Manager at Peruvian company Productos Favel S.A. (AVON). He has also given numerous seminars and courses at universities such as the University of Zagreb in Croatia, the School of Business Administration (EGADE), the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Universidade Federal do Rio Grabde do Norte in Brazil, the Universidad de Occidente in Mexico, and the Universidad de San Ignacio de Loyola in Peru.
He has published articles in prominent publications such as the Journal of Business and Leadership, Journal of Business to Business Marketing, and others.
